MAG EQUIPA TU ESPACIO, S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter “MAG EQUIPA”, is responsible for the use, processing and protection of personal data collected from customers, prospective customers and suppliers.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its regulations and other applicable provisions. Personal data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the principles established by such regulations.

This notice applies when you visit or provide information through the company’s digital properties, use official social media pages or applications, contact telephone support services, visit offices or facilities, or when your information is captured by audiovisual systems.

Primary purposes
Personal data may be used for purposes necessary to establish, maintain and fulfill the relationship with customers, prospects or suppliers:
- Verify and confirm your identity.
- Allow physical access to the facilities for security purposes.
- Prepare quotes for requested products and services.
- Review creditworthiness when credit is requested.
- Prepare, administer, operate, sell and deliver contracted products and services.
- Perform invoicing, collection, payments, administration and accounting.
- Request and manage supplier quotes and purchases.
Secondary purposes
- Marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting.
- Evaluation of product and service quality.
- Satisfaction surveys.
- Supplier evaluation questionnaires.
- Test reports intended to ensure product quality.
Sources and tracking technologies
Information may be collected directly at the company’s establishments or through telephone, email, optical, electrical or digital channels. It may also be collected automatically through cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, including device, geolocation, connection, page-view, referral URL, advertising, IP address and web-history information.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Tools, including Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, to measure navigation, submitted forms and advertising attribution. When you request information, selected normalized contact details are converted into SHA-256 hashed values before being sent to Meta. The qualified contact event is sent once from the server after the form is accepted.
When you submit a form, the identification and contact information you provide, together with acquisition source, UTM parameters, advertising identifiers (such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID or MSCLKID), pages and residence models viewed, clicks, approximate session duration, language and device type, may be transferred to GoHighLevel, which is used as the customer relationship management platform (CRM). This information is used to register the prospective customer, attribute the source correctly and follow up on the request.
Google, Meta and GoHighLevel may process information using infrastructure located outside Mexico under their applicable terms, security measures and agreements. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are activated according to the preferences selected in the cookie panel; the form submission and its CRM record are processed when you request information and accept this notice.
Data-subject rights and consent withdrawal
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, withdraw consent or limit its use and disclosure. A signed request must be delivered to the controller’s address or sent to legal@grupomag.com.mx.
The request must include the data subject’s full name and identification documents; where applicable, the representative’s information and supporting documents; address, telephone number and email; and a clear description of the data and right to be exercised. MAG EQUIPA will respond within no more than twenty business days through the same channel used to submit the request.
